Still on day 18 in this week. 
Nothing too exciting happening, so I'm posting some of the foods I've eaten in the past few days. Let me know if you like seeing what  I eat, and I can do more "follow me through the day" type posts.

Taco pasta made with TVP, noodles, olive oil, and taco seasoning
Breakfast of leftover Taco Pasta with Kale Chips and Pomegranate Juice
Watermelon, Lemonade, White Rice, and Peanut Satay Sauce
Bananas with Chunky Peanut Butter and Agave. Watermelon rocks!
Lettuce sandwiches made with spicy guacamole and salt and vinegar crisps. Water is the best beverage.
Chinese Curly Noodles, Corn, Watercress, Cauliflower, Peanuts, and Peanut Satay. Strawberries on the side and lemonade in the metal bottle.
Leftover Chinese Curly Noodles from last night and Soy Chorizo
