Walk to Mordor Week 4 Update

I only went to Koko on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday this week so I didn't walk very far. My legs get cramps when I walk on the treadmill compared to the elliptical so I tend to have to go more slowly to keep from losing the feeling in my feet from cramping calves. It doesn't matter if I go in the morning or afternoon or how much water I drink of bananas I eat, my calves cramp horribly on the treadmill. I'm starting to think it hates me. Even when I have gone hiking in the mountains, I haven't had such bad muscle cramps as I do on the treadmill. I will need to look into some stretches for my calves.

I am still on the first "day" of my journey. This next week I plan to walk more and get through the first day.
